What we do, and how we work.

Three domains of work: the CargoWise workflow underneath your operation, the AI agents that take the routine, and PAVE managing what is left for your people. Then the training that makes any of it hold.

What We Do

Three domains.

They map to Automate, Delegate and Accelerate, and they run in that order for a reason. Skip the first and the other two work against you.

01 · AUTOMATE

Workflow

Milestones, tasks and triggers built against your SOPs, job type by job type. Every step of every shipment mapped, sequenced and running the same way each time, plus the ongoing configuration work as new job types, customers and lanes come on board.

This is the foundation for everything else. Where the configuration is not there yet, AI agents amplify the problems rather than solve them.

02 · DELEGATE

AI Agents

CargoWise ships new agent capability with every Value Pack. We assess whether your operation is ready for a given feature, configure the workflow underneath it, and get it running properly: commercial invoice parsing, compliance screening, classification.

Then we set the checkpoints where a human still signs off. Statutory and financial responsibility does not move to an agent.

03 · ACCELERATE

PAVE

Visual boards, buffer management and performance measurement configured for your operation. PAVE makes the work visible, surfaces the constraint, and keeps the right job in front of the right person, including current task load against available capacity.

Buffer signals come with a defined response (watch, plan, act) so a red board is not left to interpretation. We tune it as you grow. PAVE is not a set-and-forget system.

How You Work With Us

Start with a Health Check. Then choose the shape.

We do not sell a menu. Every CargoWise environment is configured differently, so we look first and scope second.

CargoWise Health Check

A structured review of how your CargoWise system is actually set up, run against your live data rather than a questionnaire. We look at master data and organisation setup, costing and rates, document management, and job and order workflow.

You get a findings log: what we found, why it matters, what we recommend, and the effort and benefit attached to each item, sequenced so you know what to fix first. The report is yours whether or not you take the next step with us.

2Then one of three ways

Fix the findings

The smallest way to work with us. Pick the items off the findings log you want dealt with and we do those, nothing more. Standing costs entered so operators stop sourcing rates by hand. Organisation codes standardised so workflow, carriers and billing populate themselves. Document packs configured.

Each one is days rather than weeks, and each one is quoted on its own before we start.

Project

A defined build with a scope, a price and an end date. Workflow implementation across your job types. A PAVE rollout, usually piloted on one desk before it goes wider. Migrating a workflow that currently lives in a spreadsheet back into CargoWise. Turning on a new AI feature and configuring the workflow underneath it so it behaves.

We scope it in full before any work starts. Best when you have a clear gap to close and a date to close it by.

Monthly

An expert on hand, every month, to keep making the operation better. Most firms are using a fraction of what CargoWise can already do, and the gap is rarely a licensing problem. It is that nobody has the time to work out what the system could be doing instead.

We work with your team on that continuously: coaching your people to get more out of the system, tightening configuration as the operation changes, and bringing new capability in as WiseTech ships it.

Training

Skills that change how your team works.

Configuration alone does not hold. Every step of Automate, Delegate and Accelerate makes higher demands on human judgement, and that is trainable.

Black Belt in Thinking

Automating requires people who understand their own workflows. Delegating requires people who know when an agent has got it wrong and why. Managing escalations under pressure requires rapid cause-and-effect reasoning and the ability to decide fast without second-guessing.

BBIT is that training: the same thinking discipline PAVE is built on, applied to the people who run the operation. Not a standalone personal development course. The prerequisite for the rest of the operation working as designed.

PAVE Certification

Three levels, each building on the last. PCO gives operators the foundation, so they know which job to work on next and why. PCS gives team leaders the systems view, managing flow across the whole operation. PCP gives operations managers the tools to design, tune and maintain the PAVE system as the business changes.
